    sent ticket in all i got in reply was how to do the event like im really that stupid i know how to do the event it just wont let me do it

    im gonna record all my stuff on my account so if i lose it i will try and take it to a higher power cos iv spent way to much on the game

      That's why I instructed you very specifically to tell me your character name and server after sending in a ticket so I can make sure it gets forwarded over to Wonderhill.

              I would try again using a different email provider. It was a near instant receipt when I used a yahoo account, though some have mentioned it can take a few hours. I know gmail has no issues. I also know some ISP provided emails, such as aol, comcast, cox, etc, and some country extensions also have issues receiving the validation email.

                Case #: 660079.

                got a reply back about my name saying this....
                Several have gotten the submit button to work after removing special characters from their name. It’s not officially confirmed that this is the reason for it not working, but if you currently stuck and do have special characters in your name this might worth to try it.

                i dont see why i should have my name changed just cos there is a glitch at there end of this also i payed for my name to be like this with normal ballens so no way in hell should i change my name

                  I have already covered that topic, and even updated that in the first post. R2 will change your name for you, if you need to have your name changed to try to get this validation email. R2 will also change it back for you once you do validate. You don't have to pay for it. Just reply to your ticket with the name you want them to change it to. Once your name is changed, see if it lets you get validated, and then let them know you want your name back - be sure to give them the name so they can copy and paste it.

                  This isn't R2's error. There's nothing R2 can do to fix the issue, except to work around it. The goal here is to make sure every single person successfully validates, and if it takes a quick name change to make it happen, R2 will do that for you.

                        Data migration has not happened yet. Everyone will continue to log in with their old login information until data has migrated. You will all know when the migration happens - the servers will go down for maintenance during this process, which will be announcement beforehand, and the URL of the website will change.

                          it says wonderhill closes at dec. 31st.. so maybe thats the migration date thingy... anyways Mem...did you get answer about what happens to those not doing the sign in thingy?

                            I figured the date would be around that. I got an answer days ago, but they want everyone to validate using the ingame links, so they don't want me to say anything about return players and the lengthy process they will have to go through, as they don't want currently active players to think it's an option for them.

                            While I'm here, everyone please take a moment to check in with the people on your servers and make sure they have validated. Please link them to this thread if they have any questions or issues with validating.

                              I was asking simply cause we have several players that simply goes vacation style for a year and then return all cash loaded etc.. so some mails are going out.. but gotta say I kinda like the thought about all the inactives getting cleared and server maybe gets less whatever it is that cause lag.

                                The characters will still exist on the servers. The characters aren't going anywhere in this migration. What's affected is the ability to access the characters. When you migrate, you're moving from one platform to a different platform. The form you're filling out is the account you will be logging into to access that character. If you don't validate, the new platform will have no way of knowing what character your account should be bound to.
