How to control void temple castles ?

Hi every one , i have opened 21 castles in void temple , i want change the first five i explored to the new ones i opened to get the xp and materials but i can't find the way to do that

A second question please , about xp earned when offline is it same as online ? does being vip makes difference ? , i am vip 8 now
