1st top up exclusive pack purchased but not arrived even after more than 3 days..... server 941 darkmoon realm id name= HELL_LORD with two butcher partner.... pack price already paid and had been checked but hadn't been sent to me yet... i don't know whatt is causing it to delay but it's not good as I thoughht about it.. so please check into it.

Did you send in a ticket? Did you reply to the email you received in response to your ticket? Did you need extra help? You'll need to provide your character name and server, or your UID, found on the top of the game screen and on the R2 home page, in order to forward your comments to support for you.

do you see that purchase date in the invoice the paymentwall sent me in email and still refering problem and sending me the thing i purchased fast you reply as if its not related to your team please i don't that ******** iwant things i purchased in my id as fast as it can come.
