i need 10 ancient crystals and i have 7 , but where do i get them

Looking in the March event thread, which included events starting on March 31, Ancient Crystals were rewards for some of the recharge, consumption, and exchange events. I don't see any being offered between 4/7 and 4/14, so keep an eye on the events in the weeks following.
