It looks like you aren't fully loading game assets. You can clear your cache, and cookies if you're playing on browser. You can try switching between Dragon Awaken and Dragon Awaken H5. In that same regard, you can switch between Dragon Awaken on the Client to Dragon Awaken H5 on a different browser.

You can send in a support ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support, as I do believe in the more people who mention the same thing, the easier it is for the issue to be tracked down. I would recommend a screenshot of what you're talking about with the ranking, or of something that impacts the game. It did take me a while to figure out you were pointing out one missing friend icon, and that wouldn't impact the game at all.

Were you showing on the ranking there before? If I recall, if you're too low in rank then you won't have a rank shown.

The pictures are invisible again, as in they were visible since you reported the issue and now are not? Or are you talking about an issue you have yet to mention?

Each issue needs a clear description of the issue being experienced - including expected behavior would also be very helpful, along with a screenshot or video of that issue. You'll need to do this regardless of if you're reporting an issue on the forum, on the Discord, or in a ticket.

That's completely irrelevant to any of the issues you've been mentioning, and isn't something you'd report on the forum.

To report players, you need to take screenshots of the offense and send them in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support

Why should people have to keep switching between several Browser and or a Mini Client in order to play this game . I have posted on another thread, taking a screenshot while using client may not be a option , if you uninstall then reinstall the client while you have any file, document or picture left on you hard drive the installer does not download all files. The Client file uses the OS .dll for space saving , if the client becomes corrupt that could reflect on the OS and inparticular GFX Drivers . Why does R2Games not amalgamate all the Browsers into one , and completely overhaul the Mini Client ? Again I ask what is file R2CUiLib.dll and why can I not find any related information about this file or obtain a link to download it ? Using Client, when I try ro take a screenshot I get the error message cannot take a screenshot missing R2CUiLib.dll

If you're switching between the browser and client because you're using the Flash version, then do be aware that the Flash version will not be available for much longer, so it won't matter if you play on the client or a browser, but we'd probably recommend a browser after that point.

You can take a screenshot using the print screen button on your keyboard, or the Windows Snipping Tool, or one of a number of free screenshot software options available like Lightshot.

I don't know if R2 is working on a new version of the client, or if they even plan to. The client was specifically made to address the issue with Flash not being supported any longer. As there's no new Flash games, once the current Flash games hit their end of life, however long that takes, there won't be a need for the client anymore.
