    Due to Xsolla blocking me as I spend alot I am going to quit this game if nothing is done to unblock me!

    Xsolla is the company that processes all payments for this platform.

    As I mentioned over a month ago, if you give me your UID, I can see if I can help. This can be seen at the top of your game screen while you're logged in. There's nothing else we can do for you through the forum without knowing who you are.

    There is provided you go through the proper channels. I understand you'll lose the option for some of the other bonuses available in-game. However, it is an option if you choose to recharge in the future.

    Step 1: Log on to your account https://www.r2games.com scroll to the bottom you will see the store option.

    Step 5: Once you've selected your payment method you'll be greeted with another pop-up confirming your selected recharge amount and confirming the payment.

    We cannot assist you if you don't follow the proper protocols in place, as Memory has already expressed in her post. Which means if you don't submit a ticket with support we can't go to the team to help you with your issue. Please, submit a ticket and either myself or MemoryLane will be happy to forward your ticket for assistance.

    I understand your frustrations at being charged multiple times. If you go through the R2Games account character tab there should be a store option and will allow you to recharge directly with paypal. Unfortunately, I cannot speed up the amount of time it should take to receive a reversal of funds on your account. If you have any other concerns or issues, please submit a ticket with the support team and they'll be happy to assist you.     This is a community based forum, and I am a member of the community. I am able to direct you to what you need to do to get assistance, and am able to mediate on your behalf as needed. The only information I have is what you tell me. All I know is you're having an issue with Xsolla, which is the payment processing company R2 has contracted with to verify and process payments.

    If Xsolla is blocking your payments then there is a reason for that, but it might not be a valid reason. However, because the entire system is automated, they don't know you're having an issue unless you tell them you're having an issue, and for that they have a Contact Us page with your choice of phone, email, or live chat to tell them you are having an issue. You can also opt for sending in a support ticket to R2, which can be found at www.r2games.com/support, and they can contact Xsolla for you. I can't tell anyone you're having an issue, as I don't know who you are. If you don't want to tell them, and I can't tell them for you, then I don't know how you want to proceed from here.

    Have you contacted Xsolla? They have a Contact Us link at the bottom of the payment page. You can also send in a ticket and see if they can white list you. You can also give me your UID from the upper left corner of the homepage at www.r2games.com and I can forward your request and try to help from my side.
