How long does it usually take for a ticket to be resolved ?. I am still waiting after I submitted one over a month ago.

r2 support is dead for the last year. you wont get a reply as they have no employees now. its best to reverse charges to get money back instead of waiting for the fix if that's your issue.. if your free to play then dont wait for a reply it will not come until they hire new people. chalk it as a loss unfortunatly. -

That is a factually incorrect statement. If you have been waiting for a month with no responses on your tickets, then your ticket is closed, please submit a new ticket.
