Food upkeep bug on server 15

I'm Playing on server 15.
My food upkeep is 38,998 per hour. My production is 29,835 per hour. 29,835 - 38,998 = a net loss of 9,163 per hour. However, I seem to be losing .01M every ten minutes, approximately 6x what the game lists as my net loss per hour.
My troops consist of:
4311 vanguard I
5120 grenadier I
3473 commando I
5411 sniper I
44222 vanguard II
44779 grenadier II
45399 commando II
42242 sniper II

I have one food factory, level 15.

Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you on this. During the hour of your screenshots, you exchanged food for something on the black market. If you still have concerns about the upkeep calculations, you will need to provide a new set of screenshots, preferably starting and ending at an xx:00, where you don't do any actions during that hour.

Shadowrunner. The other bug posted where there is a -300k discrepancy in army power being deployed to fight walkers is persisting as well.

Here you go, food upkeep over the span of an hour. No changes in troops, no buildings modified, same upkeep rate between photos. Down approx 75k food with an approximate upkeep deficit of 10k per hour over a span of one hour.

It would probably be easier to start the top of the hour with an even amount of food, and see how much food you have after an hour than to try to monitor it on a per tick basis.
