Not receiving talent bonuses

I reset a talent page to max out sniper damage, and it's making no difference to the amount of power being deployed by an all-sniper force vs. using a talent page purely geared towards defense. Shadowrunner, sever 15. The game also used 3 reset tokens to reset two pages. Would love it if your forum actually allowed screen shots, don't feel like messing around with 3rd party image hosting sites at the moment.

Forum allows screenshots. You can save them as jpg so they are smaller in size, or you can crop out the edges so the file is smaller.

Talents only apply when the commander you have set in your profile overview is deployed with the team. Please confirm that your main commander is part of that team.
