Ticket system bug

The ticket system doesnt accept screen shots of 1.2-1.5MB saying they are too big even though the max size stated is 2MB

Double check the format, make sure they are JPEG or PNG. If they are, and still can't be attached to your ticket, upload them to an image sharing service and post the link in your message.
