Chapter 8 Quest Bug

How do I continue with the Chapter 8 Quest? I can see that it is 4 our of 6 quests completed but where is the other 2 quests? It's getting annoying that I can't continue on.

I don't know where I submit a ticket. I tried to follow the directions on how to submit a ticket but there is no button or a link to create a ticket anywhere. I looked everywhere on the support page and nothing.

Looks like you're missing the Build an Embassy and Build a War Hall quests. If you have already built those, and still unable to complete this chapter, please send in a ticket.
