    No section on discord for this title yet so posting here and hoping it doesn't take infinitely longer to be seen and addressed.
    All typical fixes have been used; apart from another browser as it's Chrome or nothing for me at the moment; although an incognito was also attempted.

    Persistent problem leading to inability to play at all is as evident in the screen-shot provided.

    It's an idle game, so not really something you can be behind on, but I'll let them know the issue is still present.

    To be clear I gave up on it after reaching out to their suggested Facebook support and seeing it go unanswered for multiple days. As of just checking a few minutes ago it's still producing the same "took to long to respond" display; not that I'd honestly bother with it after being 8 days behind now anyways. Strictly for the sake of helping out, should there be anything specific to further attempt as a fix I'll give it/them a go when I'm free. Click image for larger version

    I still can't reproduce, but at least that rules out it being a device issue for Scraps. I'll ask the support team if they have any ideas.

    win 10 ,chrome , message: h5sdk-xly.xileyougame.com took too long to respond.

    other games of this site are ok to play

    I'll be additionally attempting anything I happen to run across over the next couple days, and if something manages to work I'll post here again with what resolved it. Appreciate your time and suggestions on this, even if it ends up sadly being a title I end up missing out on. Was hoping to catch something from launch again, ah well...

    Tap Heroes is a mobile game ported to browser, but it doesn't run through an app store. If it's not a settings issue, then it could be incompatible with the Chrome OS. It's the only thing I can't check when attempting to break the loading screen.

    So far, the only time I see an issue is if I try open a second instance of the server on the same account, but I just get a black screen on the new instance and the original one works fine.

    When using the server link provided the page results the same as the screenshot from the first post; except upon first new tab attempt changes prompt from taking to long to respond to refused to connect.

    Attempted to search for any port related settings and didn't see anything enabled against such.
    Security items; available at least, were toggled along with other settings mentioned before. Even attempted to briefly add the site having issues loading in to automatically allow insecure content, but didn't result in any change.

    Using Chrome OS, and yes double checked for any updates and that I'm on the current stable patch.

    Only thing I'm wondering now is if it's a mobile title port in, if the play store might be having some issue attempting to differentiate? But I would think that would throw a didn't response. :S

    Not able to reproduce on either Chrome or Firefox.

    Try the server link https://www.r2games.com/play/?game=514&server=21849 (be sure you're logged in on your R2 account already) and see if that helps.

    Only thing I can find for an HY000/2005 error with a super quick search is a mention of ports being blocked. Do you have ports blocked? Extra high security on your device? Is it a Windows computer that you're using?

    Upon initial launch of the tab, after about a minute and a half of black screen under the banner with the small "connecting..." prompt in the corner. I've also tried a few other accounts, and they have the same issue. Made sure to do through and check each individual add-on, and toggled several Chromium settings all to no avail. Watching the task manager processes the issue is with being able to connect to the https://www.xileyougame.com/ sub-frame the game loads in from. As an aside I play two other titles daily without issue.

    Curiously since I read your reply I've also attempted to go to the site that fails to load with the launched tab as well and the results were this initial warning pic1, and then this landing page after forcing through it pic2.
