i have like 917 mount enchantment stones but i don't see a place to use them i need to lvl my mount for next promotion help plz

If you don't see a mount tab at the bottom of the screen, it could be because it hasn't opened up yet. Keep doing the main quests and it will eventually open up for you. Good luck.
