Iris - Triton Skills

In shop i cant find the skills Ice Bolt and the shield. Water sylph dont have these skills in this version or i need to make it triton for get it?

Would love if anyone could tell me ^^

as far as i know in order to learn the purple skills im sure you need to have the evolved sylph version so that would be triton for water.

So these are purple skills? And they are obtainable? Asking because have to choose sylph in some days and would like to know if those skills are available or not. If not then iris is pretty useless
