cant get vip

why do i get this message everytime im trying to get vip.
Please view your VIP status by visiting your account order history located in the My R2 section.

i have been checking my myr2 again and again but still nothing helps.

The reason for this incident was due to the fact that players payment has been declined before.

When a player enters their payment detail for the first time, system will record their payment information directly. At any time during the course of subscription, players credit card or payment method has been declined, the system will automatically pop out the error message when player try to click "JOIN VIP" without asking for his payment detail.

There are 3 solutions available to remedy this situation. Firstly, player may contact their bank and remove the limit for automatic repeat deduction. Secondly, players can send a ticket so support can write to playspan to remove the card information so they may use another card to pay. Thirdly, player may go to store.r2games.com and select click "here" to choose another payment method. The last option is a monthly payment option without auto-renewal.
