R2 Games account profile page question

First I want to change my nickname , I used the wrong one. 2nd I would like to upload an avatar but it wont work. everytime i pick something from my pc, that address adds ' \fakepath\ . why? And I try to sumit a ticket and i fill out all information except "Character Name" when i click the dropdown bar there is no options so i cant sumit a Ticket at all and there is NO Email to contact these people.

for tickets, do you have a character on R2's platform? which server &game if so please?
