Ticket Feedback and Status?

We do not always obtain feedback on our tickets...so why not a status board with ticket # and game response? For example: I submitted 2 tickets on White walker event. I got "send me pics" - so I did. I have heard nothing since then. Ta the time I lost 2-3 days worth of points for attacking walkers...I did receive credit (up to a point) on walker kills, then after initial bug ticket I magically receive some kills, but not many. I had saved kill reports but never received feedback in email. So I know I will never get back what I rightfully earned but the lack of any feedback is scary. Also a hint since I managed hundreds of engineers before I retired - someone OTHER than the software guy who "fixed" the bug should be testing it. LOL

Just so you are aware, the forum message system is broken, so I can't respond to the messages you've sent me. If it is the event I think it is, you only earn points for the leader board when you kill the Night King's T5 troops, but the rest of the kills will count toward your personal kills. If I'm thinking of the wrong event, please provide the name the game provides for the event, and post a new thread in the correct subforum. Thanks
