You should make crystal saga one of the daily games. It is what started you guys off, would hate to see you abandon it.

After confirming, only 1 code per tier is valid on each character (meaning you can collect 1x 20, 50, 80, but can't collect 2x 80 for example)

@Fherlayt when I was coming up with this event, I had an idea almost identical to yours. The big issue with that was getting the developers to put those achievements into the game for us to link back to our platform. That can be a gigantic headache and isn't always going to be agreed to. So, we knew we wanted to do something for those players that REALLY played one game, and also wanted to do something for people that played a few games. The daily promoted games were for the 5 games with the most players and it changes daily, so it's not EXACTLY conforming to our goals with this event, but it hits the nail pretty well.

I've heard some people being unable to claim more than one. We didn't have the same thing with Wartune, so if you want to inbox me the codes that didn't work I can check up on those and, if it's true they won't work, try and get valid ones.

Someone said the code is bound to your account, so it wont work for others (but couldn't check it).

I see you mods are reading this topic which is great, it means you are willing to improve this good initiate further the next time. So here is a suggestion:

The promotion would work much better, if you say, "Reach level 10 in League of Angels, and receive 500 advanced Mahra in Wartune" or something like that. The task must be something which can't be done in 2 minutes, but doesn't take too much time either. Just enough time to get the feeling of the other game, so the player can make a solid decision about continuing there or not. And the reward must be appealing enough. But you must consider something important:

In my gaming experience, there are basicly two types of players. One which likes to play different games at the same time, each one a bit. To these players trying to promote to try and play several of your games might work - but, these players do not pay. The other type is hardcore player, tries to make the maximum out of his character. He plays the same game a lot, and as long as he have fun, he don't bother about other games. He is a paying customer. But to him, such promotions will be efficient only if he is getting bored / fed up with the current game already. For them, you should express advantages of the new game over the previous one. Like:

"Try LoA, it has much less bugs as Wartune!"

or

"Try LoA, you can be a succcesful player here with less than 500 USD per month!"

etc. (Dunno if it's true or not currently, I tried LoA for a while, then it was quite bug-free, but I got bored with it due to lack of player interaction and boring fights, and never paid for it).

You should send email to player who didn't log into their current game since a while, and offer them to try a new game, they are the best targets.

@Gandhoelz depends on the game. Check the hot events tab and there should be a code redemption page to enter the code. Some people are reporting only being able to use 1 of each type of code, but I have to confirm with the developers (slower than molasses, as always)

@R2131370977 I'm sorry you feel that way "Try some games you maybe don't play, give us feedback through the survey, share with your friends!" I think this is completely fair considering all the tasks are free and you have a chance to win some swag! You have a chance at some swag, we get a little exposure.

@PrettyMe I would have to say I don't think MKO will be one of the daily games.

Unofficially, if people want to trade codes, I'm not going to worry about that. But please don't try and sell these codes: the developers will not take this lightly and any evidence of selling codes will be treated per our ToS as illegal activity.
