Have tried to send a ticket about in game problems but it wont accept the 4 digit code for verification so I am trying here.
2 problems, 1/ lords trail does not show my proper ranking. I have completed 9 levels but it only shows as 3.
2/ every second counts was completed today in just over 1 minute but the only rewards we got were 2 hone stones. this should have been 10 hone stones plus chest.

game box(egg event) have no timer on fight or to way out from fight. i am stuck in fighting. my willpower cant kill monster. neither monster cant kill my willpower due to its healing. fight has been going on for 2 hours.

Wasnt fun topping up and get no rewards. sigh.
And could we just get Exquisite Enchantment Crystals (bound) instead of socketing rods (bound) and enchantment Stone (Stone) for Prizes next time, Please.. Thank you.
