    R2Client v1.1.2

    The newest version of the R2Client has been released!

    Please close and reopen the client to force the update to v1.1.2.

    If an issue is encountered with the update, or if a prior version of the client is being used, please uninstall the client through the R2Games folder and download the client from the home page. The client will update upon launch.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Usually, uninstalling using the Uninstall executable in the R2Games folder, then restarting your computer, and grabbing a fresh download from the home page, is the fix. Otherwise, you may need to wait a bit of time, and then try again.

    Hi, I'm an old player and just came back to play again after some years. I've downloaded the latest client and it worked properly when I first downloaded it and run it this early morning.     Are you downloading it to a Windows PC? We've seen a number of reports from people attempting to run through a sandbox, which is a reported issue, so I will need you to also mention if you are installing to a sandbox or directly to your computer hard drive.

    What specifically isn't working? Downloading the client, opening the client, forcing the update for the client, uninstalling the client? We will need more information, please.

    Delete the client installer, and any associated R2Games directories on your computer. Restart your computer. Download the client fresh from the home page.
    If that does not help, we will need to know your OS and version.

    Sorry, there's no phone numbers to call for support. The purpose of the ticket is so they can get account information from your ticket. I could relay your issue, but there won't be a way for support to communicate with you about your issue without having a way to respond to you, which they do via ticket.

    I recommend joining our discord - link is at the top of the page - and asking in #client-support for help from people in the community who use the client, and may be able to help you sort out what's going on with yours.

    yes i have already update the client were is supposed to be v1.1. 2 and this is goes with my win7sp1server2008 then it works with no uninstall before but try rollback the client 1s with version 1.0.0 or 1.1.0 after that wait and restart pc/window when already on state get update app from client download for release new version after download do not click the downloaded app but open the folder of your client were installed then find to click the r2 update and r2 clean cache then click the r2 browser after that try to pretend uninstalling after that came announcement of you have been with us for .... then cancel uninstall get update from notification when they send direct position to get the app you have been downloaded then click in it to choose ... there goes the update running silently PLEASE!! . ...SILENT!!
