Killing players in evil mode outside of 'Battle Arenas' not increasing the killer's PK level

This one is being looked into. I can't remember if being on a PVE server affects the ability to gain a PK level outside of PVP events, so I'm waiting for people who might remember.

Typically a PVE server does not even allow for players to kill other players outside of PvP sanctioned events, and therefore will not add level to a players PK level. If this is a PVE server, then that would mean that there is a glitch allowing players to kill outside PvP sanctioned events which is not supposed to happen, Hope this info Helps!
