I pray to flame lord usingh 1000 crystal and after clicking the pray i disconnected due to bad connection and after logging in my crystals are gone but there's no additional epic pet or any item from praying please fix this

You have to click the Collect button for everything to move to your inventory. You will want to send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support with the approximate time you prayed, explain that you disconnected from the game and could not click Collect, and would like either the pets or your crystals back.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
