Did you summon the gobbler to see if that triggers the quest completion? Tried refreshing the page? You can pm me your character name so I can ask the team to look at it when they are back in the office later.

I was told they can't figure out a fix for the stuck on the pole in Starglade issue. You have to walk around the pole.

yes I relog, and places at both I summoned talk to Beast Master and go to regular pet catch zone
