1st place crypt

I won First place in crypt on S2 and when I used the 1st place bag it didn't give me any items, I relogged and its still gone, I had one of my guild mates send me a screen shot of me winning 1st place.

Did you by chance happen to sort your bag at some point before opening your crypt pack?

If the answer is yes, you'll be much more likely to get a new pack, as this is a known bug. Either way, please send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support with all of the information you have posted here. It is a holiday, so there will be a longer than usual delay in response time.

If you or one of your guild members or friends happens to get a 1st Place Crypt pack tomorrow, can you please ask them to not open it, and then let me know who has it. I will need to pop into the server and have the pack linked to me, so that I can grab the code for it, and forward that with your name and server on Monday, and hopefully that will speed things along.

Didnt sort before opening, and I got the notice in bottom right corner that it was opened , ill make a ticket and ask my guildies not to open it tomorrow ty.

Do you only get one of the items out of the pack? I might have gotten something and just didnt see it. I was looking for the ESD or BDC, but if Its only an item out of the pack I might have gotten honor or something

Should be random items from the pack with the number of items depending on what place you got, if it's the same as CS1, but I haven't read the description of the pack here to confirm that.
