Soul Rip Skill Description (from game):
"Does damage to enemies, stunning them, and making them more susceptible to damage, last 3 seconds"

Fact :
Soul Rip does damage to enemies, and give amplify damage status effect to enemies,
but never stun them (at least i never notice it stuns enemies).

Well mostly BM Familiar skills doest work at all...
Maybe you should do like 95% of this game players have done and give up and move on to another game, things here seems to be never fixed.
