Are you positive that Lady Luck just isn't on your side?

You will need Outstanding Lionheart Essence which so far is only droped in Celestial Sky Ring Nightmare, you go to the Lionheart NPC and there you synth the Crystal.

If you are referring the Lionheart Essence, those are dropping from Celestial Sky Ring and Evil Beast Nightmare Mode. Lionheart Stones, for the time being, are only available in shop.
