There are some differences: Some dungeons are gone and others are difference, Event bosses can be unnaturally hard, Super Title shards can give you a stat boost, Less Lag, Mounts are different, Frag Upgrade items drop in Ladder and only in Frag Dungeon (NO where else). Honestly... CS1 allows you to be OP faster, where as CS2 you can cash and buy everything you will still not be as OP as you want. Also Ladder Boss kills everyone... no matter what...

Some differences but basically a reskinned version of CS1, very cash intensive if you want to stay competitive or you could farm endlessly (with very poor drop rate) to fully take advantage of the game's features. Overall, this gets very boring over time. Better off with CS1 since this game has no solid community to begin with, very few players left playing and literally dead server clusters.
