I'm wondering how long does it take for my Crystals to be delivered, I purchased a $99.99, the payment is completed however it says "Submit a Ticket / Order Pending" Which I'm wondering why it wasn't immediately credited, I have been waiting for 27 hours already... should I start the refund process? cause this seriously is a big issue specially when you need to cash out before certain times.

Basically there's no other option than submitting a ticket for the billing department to review, unfortunately you will have to wait until they are available. Sorry for any inconvenience, I have been through a similar issue before
