I believe merges happens from time to time and they consider several factors before actually applying one. My best advice would be sending a Support Ticket to R2 Games with the title [Suggestion] "Your Suggestion Here" and a detailed description, hopefully they can reply back with any information that can be given. Other than that, when it comes to Crystal Saga II nothing would make me happier than a global merge.
