[BUGS] Character login Issue

We're aware of the character login issue preventing players from accessing all characters on merged servers. We are currently investigating the issue and when we have more information we'll be posting it here. From what we can tell so far, players on merged servers are able to only access 3 specific characters among all the merged servers, no matter which server they log into.

I'm also a player in CS, but the problem is i set my main character into a "set character lock", i'm going suppose to login until i'm still doing it and doing for my password there's a big problem they never recognize my password as well. Would you mind fix this for me? or put this another to log in trouble for character lock. Thank you and more power!

Please file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com for assistance. They will ask you questions to verify that you are the account owner before they will reset your character lock.

sometimes i can log but when i was log on lag is the next problem when i try to refresh im stuck up with 100%

its been 2 days since i tried to log in but now i still can't log in

I was in the middle of game play on my main and was suddenly kicked off so I tried to log back in and received a message saying I have been banned from logging in until 11-1-2012 at 5:22pm. WHAT?? Banned for doing what?? Please help this surely must be a mistake.
