Cant purchase Funds

i got 4k crystall from lvl rankings but i cant buy normal funds i press the button and nothing i reloged but didn't help

You can only purchase funds if you buy crystal. You have to have a recharge history on the specific server to be able to redeem the funds. You will also need the right amount of crystal to be able to purchase funds.

Since when? I got founds activated for saving 2100 crystals from charm exchange.
