How come there isn't anything r2 can do about them? I know mallmmo isn't the only one. There are player-built sites that also sell items for irl money. Its allowed?

Using third-party sites is not allowed. If you suspect a player of partaking in such activities, you will need to provide an array of evidence to kickstart an investigation via ticket here: http://www.r2games.com/support/. Such includes screenshots that display unusual leveling over a short period of time, a toon with low level/plane with unusual stats/features, and at best, a chat admittance of usage (all must include the server time stamp). R2 will then look into their transaction history to check if everything appears normal as well as trade logs. Do keep in mind that saved game logs only exist so far back, constantly rolling forward with each passing day, so not everything can be traced if reported too far down the line from when the trade actually took place. R2 then decides on how to advance with the case as they see fit.
Note that you will not be updated on the progress/findings/conclusion of the investigation nor will they tell you what consequences are to occur.Last edited by Reverie; 06-18-2017, 10:05 AM.
