hello, i buy 1250 Crystal Essence Vial(empty) from the fate shop,and can only open for 20 Crystal Essence Vial(Full), so,the rest 1230 is waste? cant use anymore???

Vials simply act as storage for 500 Crystal Essence per vial, so if you have less than 500, you cannot fill one. You will need to accumulate more CE tracked by the purple, CE gauge at the bottom of your screen before being able to fill any more vials.
