Family are playing together on the same server, but we can't see each other. Playing on different PCs through same modem so I assume the server only recognizes one IP. That shouldn't bug us out, though. Both accounts are playable. We can see other characters, just not each other. Any suggestions or fixes?

You are probbably on different layers.
Top Left corner of your minimap. It says L1-5, make sure to be on the same L. -
try relogging. it happened to me once,a friend of mine was trying to trade with me but i couldn't see his toon on my screen and game kept saying that he is too far to trade and apparently i was standing right besides him on his screen-.-
anyway a simple refresh solved this for me.Comment
