  • Ticket Issue

    I tried to generate a ticket to cancel my VIP subscription, but in the final step the system "sends a mail" to my account, which I never received (I did already check the spam folder). I would like to finish the ticket creation. What should I do?

    The system doesn't send the automated emails at the moment, but getting to the screen that tells you one was sent means your ticket went through fine. You will receive an email when support responds.
