Lost connection to the server

Hey , so everytime i try to log in , it says ( Lost connection to the server ) knowing that my toon has been online 24/7 even after i log off it refuses to .
so know my toon is frozen somewhere inside the game , i can't log in nor log it off , and all the password and stuff are working just fine

Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is wait 20 minutes for the server to drop your character, at which point you'll be able to log in normally again.

i have waited for more than an hour but nothing happened , being trying since last night :/ , any other solution ?

Please log completely out of the website by clicking the Log Out button that appears when you hover the account name at the top of the screen. Wait 20 minutes, and then try again. Let me know how that goes.

But wont i miss the events if i am doing any? I have been loosing my ladder & TG runs because of this. How to fix it?
