stuck in loading ladder

this has happened to me twice now it loads fine for several floors then all of a sudden i get stuck in loading and it never loads im stuck right now but the last time i was stuck over an hour before i decided it wasnt ever gonna load this being ladder week im gonna lose alot of tokens if this keeps hapening

go with someone instead of solo and you can relog as long as the person is on the floor you got stuck on
