So my issue is that i purchased 500 crystals for $4.99 and it said my purchase was accepted but i still havent received my crystals. When should i be receiving them?

It depends on if it's your first purchase or not. If it's your first purchase, it can take up to 12 hours to process through the anti fraud system.
