Doubt that anything will happen. We have someone on our server who is spamming our worldchat for a year now with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. That dragoness seems to shove quite a lot things into her ♥♥♥♥ according to that player. Has been reported several times over the past year, still informs us about the ♥♥♥♥ dragoness daily.

So don't expect that the player will get a mute or even a warning.
