Loading Problems

I've waited a couple of minutes for my character too load, but my loading% is stuck in 0% :/ i tried refreshing my browser but still not loading.

i have a problem loading the maps in-game too :/
is there any problem? :/
fix it as soon as possible please...

been experiencing similar issues. i was dc'd after loggin in and since then havent been able to get back in. and this is for the past two hours
