As a healer she would need high matk, crit and hp and mdef/pdef
Could use chaos combo in element training so has chance to resist stun/chaos. In Dragon soul go for hp, crit and matk and end/agi . Then just make sure you get enough to lvl 3 dragon soul skill and she be good healer.
