SO I notice there is not many guides to homestead. I tried search and manuanlly went thru ten pages, so i cant say for sure there are none.

how to use them?
what level your home stead need to be to use them?
what charcter level do you have to be?
Do you need to keep the skill frag ments after they have been kept?
