Log onto server and am lvl 1?!?

So I was playing the game, flash crashed and when i go back onto my server I start at the introduction quest?!?!?

O.o happens sometimes. I got onto an account, friended it so I remembered its name, tried to log in a couple of days later and got told there was no such account, went to my freinds list, and its true there wasn't!
