  • Did not receive an e-mail after creating a Support Ticket

    Hello,

    I am having some issue with a certain topic and I created a support ticket.

    After creating the ticket I got a message stating:

    An email has been sent to ***@mail.com, please follow the link in the email to continue.

    I did not receive the e-mail , also checked the spam folder and it isn't there.

    Please assist me with this problem.

    Send me the email in my PM and I'll report it and find the ticket with your problem.
    Also please tell me more about it ( What is the problem about, when you send the ticket, etc ).
