TA, TD, and Chat not working

Hi again. This is the third time in a week that I'm posting about bugs. This time, World chat, Guild chat, and Team chat are not working. Inferno is working, but Team Dungeon is not working, and it looks like Team Arena won't work either. I tested this on different browsers and nothing works. This will cause many of us to not be able to get to 700 Devotion, and so we will miss some rewards. Please help.
