conection troubles

i can't conect to my account, it happends sometimes, can you check if there is a problem with it?

it is not the first time this happen. happend to me like 2 days before too. i lost a lot of rewards and events for this problem.

This may be caused by the following things:

- Broken cache (interrupted when downloading)
solution: clear cache (chrome: ctrl+shift+del, check clear cache only, select from the beginning) or changing browser

- RTO connection
solution: contact your ISP

- Port Blocked
solution: check your port, and contact ISP for unblocking them (if blocked)

- DNS failure
solution: change dns into 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS)

Slow/Fast internet speed does not matter at all, they only affect how much time you need to download the game
unless you are getting either 0 for download or upload
