Wings you get in the shop for 1200 points, but if you wish spend 8k points to rank and get them ... And for rest we need to wait for actual update to hit to get correct name for taht thing

supreme oracle evolves from messenger of darkness. You evolve light envoy into messenger of darkness then evolve messenger of darkness into supreme oracle like you would with earthshaker or mountain god who also have 2 evolutions.
