Astral Hunter Evolved skill?

Just looking at my party options for a buffer while I wait to get Nereida and am looking at Astral Hunters Evolved Hero skill.

Now unevolved the skill states it does not require rage, the evolved Hero Divine Hunter does not state that there is no rage requirement.

Can someone who has the evolved Divine Hunter state if the skill requires rage to cast?
