This shows every time i try to burnish all of my artifacts!!! What does this mean? Is this bug or what???

No, not a bug. You need to click on the second socket and burnish it to Aura 1 and then move to the next one and so on. When all sockets have aura 1 you will be able to start burnishing first one again to give him aura 2.
