Elemental zone - ice-fire-electro---stats section on tab

I need clarification - enclosed pics show two Sorcerers L81 & L83 both have ice elements with similar elemental BR's, but the L83 Sorcerer's elemental main stats are better
than the L81 sorcerers elemental main stats. What determines the difference and which element is better - ice-fire-electro or a combination of each.

Simply you see one is 12 lvl higher and other is not And if inspect closer, you will see that 1 is uing dazzling cores, with atk def element dmg, and other is maybe uing pure element dmg/ rec There for not that good.

Sorc 81:
6 elite cores
Stat boost:334%
Has mostly ele dmg/res and crit/block/END - low br gains

Sorc 82:
6 boss cores
Stat boost:240%
Has has bit of everything, but DEF stat gives most br overall, since it gives both mref and pdef and is usually given in high numbers (2-3k).

As for which element is the best, it's up to you to pick what you need the most. I personally use ice on main, fire on Amazon, electro on MoD since she doesn't need stun res, and mixed combo on Nereida since she needs stun res.
